Part VIII - When my vision changed so did I…

I endlessly criticized Christians because of all the religious rules that condemned humanity. I used to blame Christ for this, but it turns out that He came to earth to teach us true love and acceptance despite religion and condemnation. His message was love from the beginning until the end. Love from God who allowed His coming to earth so that we could be saved and love towards one another to avoid creating an emptier and colder world.

Oh, what it is to be misinformed or not learn the right facts before making a judgment. Luckily, I finally understood that even when I failed or fell out of even my own control I could still keep going because I have been made free and I will not be judged; instead I am surrounded by love and grace (gifts that I don't deserve).

The truth is that the more we lean in, each day becomes more special. We become aware of gifts and talents we possess. We want to bring genuine love and when we least expect it we become beings filled with hope and with love. We have dreams and we become bold to chase after them…  We are not afraid to dream because the more we get to know Him and the more time we spend reading His word we see impossible things happen… things we thought would take forever or that we literally could not do on our own become reality right in front of our eyes… and then we are hooked. We have tried so many different things, yet something so simple makes a big change in our hearts… FOREVER.

Yes, I was afraid of change too. I think this is because we think that it will happen too fast and too violent like a tornado… but it will not. I promise a subtle ride. All you have to do is believe and hold on. Things happen at the right time and at the right place when we are focused on growth. Once again, sometimes we might fail and pick up and old pattern. Sometimes things might feel rocky but never forget that all you have to do is go back and draw near. I promise you the only judgment you will find is your own, so make sure you trade it for peace and love. You will notice that should you choose to keep it… it will only get in the way of success… but if you trade it in, unimaginable things will come your way when you least expect it.

The bible says that ALL things work together for good for those who believe in God and are called His children. When we believe that Jesus death goes beyond history but that it is a life changing fact. Then, we become children of God. So this means that anything that was meant for destruction or to push us down, has now been used to draw us nearer, to make us wiser and stronger… So now tell me! Who is going to stop us now?!
